In 2008 Struc Rite Design, Inc. took part in designing an adaptive re-use of a building downtown Waukesha that had fallen into disrepair.  The entire interior of the building was gutted and provided all new finishes, HVAC, plumbing and electrical and designed a new restaurant & bar on the first floor and our office on the second floor.  This is a great example of re-adapting a great old building so that it can last another 100 years.  At the end of 2008 the project received the Renaissance Leader Award from the Downtown Waukesha Business Improvement District.
